Garlic and Herb Cheddar Cheese
Garlic and Herb Cheddar starts with the sharpness of cheddar, accentuated by garlic and herb spices. It slices and grates easily and is an extraordinary addition to any beef dish. Grate on top of a baguette and lightly toast in the oven for a simple garlic bread. It pairs well with a Pale Ale.

We have been Renard’s fans since 1986 when we made our first trip to the Voight motherland! We still tell people about “real” cheese curds. We live in Mississippi now and, imagine my surprise when I walked into our local Froogal’s grocery store and found SIX Varieties of Renard’s cheddars! I snatched up four of them faster than you can say cheddar! The Garlic Herb was one of those! We got home late from working at the theatre and it called to us from the dairy drawer! We sliced it up and gobbled it down in record time; savoring every bite!
When I say this stuff is good, I’m not kidding! If you haven’t tried it, buy some now and thank me later!
It’s creamy and cheddary with the perfect amount of garlic and herbs. It’s not overpowering at all. I ate mine with crackers, the hubs ate it straight up. We at the whole 8oz while watching TV and do not regret one crumb! Yummy!
