Elki Sun-Dried Tomato & Parmesan Crostini Spread

Elki’s Sun-dried Tomato & Parmesan Crostini Spread is a Mediterranean-inspired blend of sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, capers, lemon, garlic and Italian herbs. 

Suggested Uses: Spread on crostini with one of our artisan cheeses or in a Panini with smoked turkey, brie cheese & basil pesto. Mix in risotto, quinoa, or add to your favorite artichoke parmesan dip recipe. Mix with hot or cold pasta. Add to a grilled burger, steak, chicken or seafood. Scoop into mushroom caps for your next party! Mix with cream cheese and serve with toasted baguette slices for an easy appetizer.
