Add Cooler and Ice

Cooler and ice pricing varies based on the weight of the items you purchase. This weight can be found in the upper right corner of your screen, next to the icon of a shopping bag. The price will adjust automatically after you add the Cooler and Ice option to your cart.

Renard's Cheese strongly recommends shipping ALL packages with cooler and ice, especially when temperatures at the destination exceed 40 degrees,

2nd Day Air AND Cooler/Ice must be selected to prevent spoilage if temperatures are greater than 80 degrees and you are shipping to any of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

We encourage all customers to purchase the package insurance option offered by Route (available on the checkout page) to protect against theft, damage, or loss. Renard's Cheese is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please note that neither FedEx nor UPS guarantees their transit times, and delays may be significant. We are not liable for damage due to weather, or due to actions or neglect by the shipping company or recipient.
